get style xp and get the pack thin that comes with it, theres a start menu that would suit that eprfectly, that gelly rose colour.. and make it transperent

Heh heh. 3DSMax is good like that. Actually you don't even need it if you're a Photoshop Mage. Yeah, I don't really like the windows shell, but it runs faster on my machine. Most of the time I either use Aston or Litestep.
